"Booking was quick and easy"
Booking was super easy and only took a few minutes. I like to double-check everything before I confirm anything online, but the process felt clear and straightforward, so I felt comfortable going ahead

"Had to do too much work to figure out the price"
The pricing felt unclear to me. I thought it would be simple, but I ended up having to click around way too much just to get an idea of what I’d actually be paying. Some things looked straightforward at first, but then there were extra details that made it more confusing. I really wish they’d just show the real costs upfront instead of making customers do all the digging.

The movers showed up on time and took decent care of my stuff. They sounded like they knew what they were doing, so I assumed the move would go smoothly, and for the most part it did. Nothing major to complain about.

"I only had a simple question..."
I only had a simple question, but somehow it turned into this whole mini saga of me checking back and wondering if anyone was ever going to reply.

It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but when you need a quick answer, sitting around with no update feels way more annoying than it should.

The site itself was fine, but the customer support side definitely needs some work. Next time, I’d probably save myself the drama and look somewhere else.

I tried using mymove.com to help get my utilities set up, it was a little frustrating. Some of the info was helpful, sure, but I still ended up having to call the utility companies myself and repeat everything — and I mean everything, to get things moving. It maybe saved me a tiny bit of time, but not much, not much at all. Support was okay, but they were slow to get back to me.

"Good leads, but I wish we were heard more"
The leads from mymove.com have been solid overall and usually fit what we’re looking for. Not every lead turns into a job, of course, but most of them seem like real people who actually need help. There have been a few that didn’t feel like the best match, and when I’ve had questions or feedback, it felt like we were kind of ignored. Still, the lead quality is decent enough that I’m happy with it overall. I’d give it 4 stars

"Decent service, but follow-through matters"
I used mymove.com while getting ready for my move, and overall it was fine. The information was useful in the beginning, and it was laid out in a way that was easy to follow when I was already dealing with a lot.

The communication was where things felt a little uneven. Some updates came through quickly, but other times I was waiting longer than I expected for answers to basic questions. When people are relying on you during something as stressful as moving, I think being consistent really matters.
I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, but it didn’t feel as smooth or dependable as it could have. Better follow-up would have made a big difference and would’ve shown more care for the customer’s time and trust

"Quote ended up being way off"
I got a moving quote through mymove.com and at first it seemed reasonable, so I started planning around it. Then when the movers actually called, the price was hundreds more than what I was shown. It felt like they made it my problem to deal with the difference, which was frustrating. If the numbers are that far off, I’m not sure what the point is. It just wasted my time and made the whole move more stressful.

"Change of address help was useless"
I tried getting help with my change of address, but it didn’t help at all and just made the whole thing more confusing. It felt like a totally preventable hassle if the instructions had been clearer.
